- 2×5 ounce chicken breasts
- ½ green pepper
- ½ spanish onion
- ½ cup canola oil (or olive oil, which is healthier)
- 1 fish garlic clove, minced
- pinch salt
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- pinch pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Cube chicken breasts to 8 equal cubes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except onions and green peppers. Let marinate for a minimum of 3 hours.
Cube onion and green pepper. Carefully skewer alternate pieces, chicken, pepper, chicken, onion etc.
Cook on a hot grill or barbecue for 8-10 minutes. turning occasionally, until cooked. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked!
